  • Warm boiled water;

  3. Add warm water. The water level should cover the layer of apples at 5 cm.
  4. cover with a cloth or gauze, store it for 2 weeks in a dark place

  6. When the froth forms on the surface then on stirring it will consistently distributed over the entire area.
  7. Then turn into the glass bottles. And store again for 14 days.
  8. after completion of the fermentation process. Only after14 days, apple cider vinegar is now ready for use.
  9. Pour it into other bottles.it can last for 6 months if stored in a cool place.

1: ACV HAIR RINSE:

Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of ACV.
  • ½ litre of cold water.

If your hair is at shoulder height or shorter, you can reduce the rinse by half.

Process:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a plastic bottle.
  2. After washing your hairs then tilt the head back and pour the rinse over the entire scalp, allowing the mixture slip through the hair. Avoid eye contact.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Then Rinse it off completely.

Herbs and Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

Ingredients:

  • tablespoons of ACV
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • Chopped herbs like parsley, rosemary, lavender, nettles, calendula, chamomile OR marigold of your choice.

Process:

  1. Mix boiled water and herb in a pan and put the pan on flame. Let the herbs boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then let it cool. After the mixture cools down, add the ACV and rinse your hair with it.

Essential Oils and Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of ACV
  • 5-10 drops of the essential oil/s of your choice like tea tree oil, cedar wood oil, geranium oil or chamomile oil

Process:

  1. When you are ready for the rinse, Mix the ACV and the essential oil/s together.
  2. Dilute one to two tablespoons of the mixture with one cup of water. And after washing, pour mixture on all hairs.
  3. Store this mixture in a glass jar or bottle. Do not store it in a plastic container as the essential oils may react with the plastic.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Sage Tea Hair Rinse:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of dried sage leaves
  • 2 cups of boiling water.
  • 1 tablespoon of ACV

Process:

  1. Mix leaves in a container and boiling water. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then strain the leaves.
  2. Then add ACV to it. Then rinse your scalp and hairs from it and Wrap your hair with a towel and wait for 10 minutes.
  3. Wash and rinse your hair with mild shampoo. After rinsing apple cider vinegar, you do not need to use conditioner, because vinegar will condition your hair naturally.
  4. The general recommendation is to apply this rinse twice a week, but it depends on the condition of your hair and scalp.

2: ACV HAIR OIL:

Apple Cider Vinegar and Rosemary Oil:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. of rosemary oil
  • 1/8 cup of ACV
  • ¾ Cup of boil water

Process:

  1. Take rosemary oil, apple cider vinegar and water in a bowl.
  2. Apply this mixture thoroughly all over the scalp and hair.
  3. Massage your scalp for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Leave the application for another 10 minutes and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Apple Cider Vinegar and olive Oil:

Ingredients:

Process:

  1. Stir both ingredients in a bowl and apply this mixture to your scalp and hair.
  2. Massage with your finger tips on deep scalp especially on roots for 10 minutes.
  3. Leave it on for another 20 to 30 minutes and then wash off with a mild shampoo.
  4. Reapply this hair mask 2 to 3 times every week.

3: ACV HAIR PACK:

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Hair Pack:

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup each of apple cider vinegar and water
  • 1 tbsp. of honey

Process:

  1. Mix well all ingredients in a container. And secure it though a lid
  2. Apply this mixture to wet hair and scalp.
  3. Leave it on for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Wash off with water and a mild shampoo.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda Hair Pack:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon each of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. of ACV
  • 3 tablespoons of water.

Process:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to make a paste and apply it to your wet hair and scalp.
  2. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash your hair with cold water.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Aloe Vera Hair Pack:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon of fresh aloe Vera gel
  • 1 tbsp. of ACV

Process:

  1. Make a paste of both ingredients and apply it thoroughly all over your hairs.
  2. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash off with water and a mild shampoo.

4: ACV HAIR TONIC:

Apple Cider Vinegar and Amla Juice tonic:

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp gooseberries or amla juice
  • 1 tbsp. of ACV

Process:

  1. Mix both ingredients and apply it all over your scalp.
  2. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash off with water and a mild shampoo.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Cayenne Pepper Scalp Tonic:

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 drops of cayenne pepper extract.
  • 2 tbsp. of ACV

Process:

  1. Mix both ingredients and apply it all over your scalp and problem areas.
  2. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash off with water and a mild shampoo.

5:ACV HAIR SHAMPOO:

Jojoba oil, peppermint oil, and rosemary ACV shampoo:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • A bunch of rosemary
  • ¼ cup of jojoba oil
  • 1 cup of ACV
  • 10-12 drops of peppermint oil
  • Mild regular used shampoo

Process:

  1. Boil water and rosemary for 5-10 minutes and then let the rosemary steep in water until reaches to room temperature.
  2. Filter the water and pour it into the shampoo and add all other ingredients and mix them well.
  3. When using this DIY shampoo, after massaging it over your hair, keep for 3-5 minutes and then rinse it off thoroughly.
